How it Works for Schools
Easy Online Ordering
We provide a Portrait Photographer for your school or nursery for a full day (or longer if required, dependent on the number of pupils).
This Photo Shoot is completely FREE, all that is required is for the school to provide a suitable location for the studio to be set up and organise pupils to arrive by class throughout the day. A simple register of each class is sufficient for our photographer to work from.
We also recommend your school publicise the day to parents beforehand and to encourage parents to bring along pre-school siblings before the start of the school day if they wish. We can supply pdf posters for your school to display and for publishing on your website.
NO OTHER ADMINISTRATION is required!
We do not charge for our photographic services and once the photos are ready all of the administration is dealt with via our website.
An access Pass Code for each year group will be given to the school for parents to view the photos.
Photos are normally available to view within 2 weeks of the Photo Shoot.
We supply a Photo Ad and link from your own school website giving parents direct access to your school portraits.
Using their unique access codes parents will be able to view, order and pay online for their chosen photos. All orders are then posted direct to parents without the need for any administration by your school.
Photos are supplied in a choice of 12"x8", 8"x6" or a 6"x4" Set of 4 Wallet Prints, in either colour or black & white, with Landscape and Portrait orientations. In addition to photo prints, parents can also purchase digital images on a Photo CD if preferred.
Our individual print options give parents the freedom to simply buy as many sizes as they wish, without being restricted to expensive set photo packs.
Payment is made online securely via our website with a choice of payment methods including Paypal, Credit or Debit Cards.
Parents can use our website email if they have any queries regarding photos or orders.
